rabaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between rabaji ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). rabaji is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

Definitions

• Platform: The rabaji.cam website and all its associated services.
• Member / User: Any person who has created an account on rabaji.
• Account: A personal profile registered on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, rabaji has the right to close all accounts and forfeit the balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Creating an account with false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. rabaji is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of an account where such misuse is due to the user's own negligence.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rabaji currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (all scheduled banks)

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.3 Ownership of Funds

You must use a payment account that belongs to you. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may initiate a verification process and reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account.

3.4 Withdrawal Requests

Before submitting a withdrawal request, confirm that any active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. If wagering conditions are not yet fulfilled, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn, excluding bonus funds.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

rabaji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the total (deposit + bonus). For example: for a total balance of ৳3,000, you must place ৳45,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering calculations — see the promotions page for details.
• rabaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 Anti-Abuse Policy

If misuse of the bonus system is detected (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, use of automated software), the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

rabaji is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. SSL encryption and fair play policies are strictly enforced on our platform. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the gaming system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collaborative cheating or participating in collusion with other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to server downtime, network issues or any other technical reason, rabaji will make every effort to resolve the affected transaction. However, server log data will be considered the final record.

rabaji operates a special loyalty program with three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on consistent activity and gaming engagement on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. rabaji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

rabaji believes in responsible gaming and the wellbeing of our users is our highest priority. We never encourage excessive gaming.

7.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Members can set deposit limits, session time limits and betting limits in their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can contact the support team to temporarily or permanently close their account. This decision will be respected without question.

9.1 Closure by rabaji

rabaji may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• If identified as a minor.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure via 24/7 live chat or email ([email protected]). Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closure.

rabaji is not responsible for any financial loss arising from gaming. Online gaming is inherently risky and financial losses may occur. Members participate at their own discretion and entirely at their own risk.
